Norton Identity Safe not Syncing

Running Norton Premier on my laptop, Norton Identity Safe on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet and Samsung Galaxy S4 phone.  Consistently getting the following error message on my tablet and phone "Sync failed.  Please try again later by clicking the sync icon."  Was told by one of your phone reps that Google Chrome was the culprit and that the problem would be resolved if I used Internet Explorer instead.  Followed their advice but the problem persists.  How do I fix this?
