I just installed this product on my phone and provided access to the vault from the web pages at Norton.
Both my PC app and the Norton web site can access the vault with the password.
My phone app shows I am already logged into my Norton account and says "There is already a Vault in your Norton Account. Enter the password for the online Vault." and "You're signed into your Norton Account." But, when I key in the password into the Password field, and try to open the vault, It responds "Login Identity Safe failed! Please input the valid Identity Safe password."
So, have I been locked out? Or, how can I get this phone app to work? Do I have to re-install? Please don't send me down that path unless you know that works, I don't want to pay again.

After I was directed to a key person in Norton's support chat the offshore "help desk" person said that this product is not supported in chat.
