Norton Identity Safe Online Vault Invalid Login

I am not able to login to my vault online thru web at https://identitysafe.norton.com/vaultLogin.  It repeatedly tells me that I'm entering an invalid password.  I can login to identity safe thru NIS, Firefox, and all other norton accounts without issue.

 

More curious.  If I open NIS and go to Setting > Web > Identity Safe > Identity Safe Setup Configure where I am prompted by a popup warning window that I will be logged out of the current identity safe profile to create a new one.  I select yes.  An identity safe window opens.  In that window it tells me that there is already a vault in my norton account and I am prompted to enter the password for my ONLINE vault.  I enter it and it logs me in without issue.

 

So why does my vault password work thru the NIS application but not online?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Well to add insult to injury, after troubleshooting all morning and putting this post together, I tried one last time and now it's working.  Frustrated, but working.

It is impossible to say for sure but there could have been a temporary problem with the online website portal.

 

The main thing is that it is working now. :smileyhappy:

I am having this proble since last night.  I can log on local but not through my program or the portal.  I know my password is good.  I did recently change my email address and I can log on to my norton account
