Norton Identity Safe – When you click the ‘Vault is Closed’ button on the Norton toolbar to open the vault, often times you are already signed into your Norton Account, so are prompted to enter your password. But, when you are signed out of your Norton Account, you are prompted to ‘Sign in or create account’ [(enter) Email Address] ‘Enter your email address to sign into your Norton account or to create a new account’ [Next]. I think it would be better to display the same prompt weather or not you are signed into your Norton account, and just fill in the email address field if you are already signed in, as well as sound the bell if you are already signed in. Often times I end up assuming I am already signed in so I enter my password in the email address field, which is fully displayed on the screen when I key it in.
