Norton Identity Safe says 'Wrong Password'

After I have renewed my subscription with a 3 year + 3 pc, after downloading the new upgrade Norton Security, it has change to Norton Identity Safe instead of the formal anti virus platform. When I click on the Norton Identity Safe Icon it brought me to Vault Closed and was asked to enter my Vault Password with hint stated "Company Name-Registration Number". I tried to enter my Company name or registration number and it doesn't allowed me to proceed further stating "Wong Password". Currently, I don't know if the Norton Internet Security will still work on my laptop computer. In the first place I received a link to click on to confirm but there is no password provided that I can proceed further to complete the Identity Safe.

During installation, I enter the Product Key and Serial Number provided but it seems everything is not working properly. I would like to have the previous version Norton Internet Security platform which I am more familiar with instead of this Norton Identity Safe platform.  Please advise and what should I do next inorder to have this so called Identity Safe work properly.

Very annoying about this new version.
