Hi, I have installed Norton Identity Safe (Standalone), it doesn't seem to work ,with firefox as it appears to be ver: 2013.4.0.10. I understand that I need ver 2013.4.1.2 in order to work. Please help.
P.S:
- Please don't ask me to run liveupdate, it respond with: "no updates found" .
- I've tried download the installation package again, remove & reinstall Norton Identity Safe (Standalone), but no help.
