Today while using Firefox 45.0 I noticed only half of the toolbar was showing. I could see half of the word Norton and half of This page is secure. So out of curiosity I clicked on (gave focus to) the toolbar and used my scroll wheel and the toolbar scrolls up and down. But stays in place as far as being the bottom most toolbar.
