My Norton Security was updated to 22.8.1.14.
I successfully logged into my Norton Account. However, once I entered my vault password, it will still display "Vault Closed" but Norton Toolbar will show "Vault is OPEN" and can list my websites' passwords through the toolbar. However, when I try to click "Open Identity Safe", it will still display "Vault Closed". While I can still access Norton Identity Safe via the toolbars and can still fill my websites' password without any problems, I cannot back up or restore my Websites' passwords at this time. Norton Identity Safe Vault NEVER go back to "Get started" but only stay at "Vault Closed" screen.
