When I opened my ID safe vault today, I found that it had lost 98%+ of the logins that I had stored there during the past several months. The very few logins that remained had been reordered into Norton autocategories, even though I have never opted to use that feature. Thankfully, I had had the foresight to export and save my logins regularly. My only option therefore was to uncheck "autocategories" under "settings" (which I had never checked in the first place!) and then restore my logins from my previously saved backup. However, this experience was extremely disquieting to say the least, and makes me very nervous about continuing to depend upon Norton's ability to safely store my logins in the "cloud". Has anyone else had a similar experience with Norton Identity Safe recently?
