Greetings. I realize that after the release of windows 10 that Norton will be a little busy with customer requests.
I called this morning after my 3rd PC was upgraded to Windows 10. Two of my PC's upgraded fine while this one was problematic.
My Norton Identity Safe was trashed and I could not correct the issue on the Laptop.
I wanted a long while to speak to a representative. The first one used special software to uninstall the previous versions.
Rebooted the machine and was gone and NEVER CALLED BACK.
Contacted them again and waiting even longer, This time, the technician spent a lot of time and could not help me. They seemed to think it was my fault all along
and would not help me.
This is Sad.
