Norton IDENTITY SAFE

For 8 DAYS (!) I have been UNABLE to access my Norton Identity SAFE on my iphone, which is HOW I use it.  I have called several times times & talked with reps.  They say "check back in 24 hours!"  It's bee 8 DAYS!  HELP!

Apologize for the delay we have made to fix this.We are trying out fix internal server issue and this should be resolved in a day or two and hopefully the problem will be sorted out.I request you to be patient for one or two days.We would come up with a update soon.

Hang on -- I've flagged your message for attention since it looks like you've been hit by a double whammy -- it doesn't work and you have not heard back from Support.

You could try using the OnLine Support by CHAT which uses your computer keyboard not the phone. They usually are quicker to reply although I don't know how good they are on phone problems.
