Norton Identity Safe

I am new to the forum and not very technical but I need help.  Since I upgraded to the 2013 version of Norton Internet Security my Identity Safe is not working.  Initially it transferred my data file to the online "Vault".  I did export it to excel first so I have a copy of the data.  Now, however, every time I try to use Identity Safe it asks for the Vault password at it just sits there and says "Opening" or "Synching".  I am logged in to my Norton Account.  I can't reset or delete anything because it asks for the Vault password first.  I am using version 20.2.0.19 of Norton Internet Security and am running Windows 7 x 64.  I thought I saw that someone else had run into this but couldn't find the thread.  Any help would be appreciated.
