I updated my email address recently on the Norton Sign in. Went away for a few days. Couldn't remember the password I'd chosen when I got back for either the old email address or the new one. Chose a new password - now can't get into Identity Safe at all, although I'm pretty certain I haven't messed with the password for the Vault. Any ideas please?
