Hello,
I've got a problem syncing my android devices using Norton Identity Safe...
I've got a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini that refuses to sync "Sync failed. Please try again later by clicking the sync button"
And I've got a Galaxy tab A6 tablet. This one doesn't show an error, but new items are not synced to the server...
S4 Mini:
- I've logged out, cleared the cache, uninstalled the app, rebooted in recoverymode, wiped cache partition, reinstalled the app
- I've Logged out, cleared the cache and signed in again
The error returns every time...
Any other ideas??

If sync issue still remain,Please uninstall norton identitysafe and reinstall it.
Sign in to Norton account and Login to vault
Check if the sync issue still remain.

Hi! I get the sync error on both my phones. I have tried deleting cache, reinstalling app etc but nothing works.
The issue has been completely resolved,please check once for yourself and let us know if the issue still remain.Which ideally should not.

Thanks everyone for the patience shown on us.The fix is happening on a phased manner,good to hear that few who reported already is not seeing the issue again.Expected to completely fix this issue in few days from now.
Please have a check whether sync issue is not happening,or few who still find issue will be sorted out soon .

Someone posted a link to the "NRnR" utility and that resolved it...
@sjoerd_bos @strnj1 Please check and let me know the "Sync failed.." issue is sorted out.

I've been through two chat sessions where Norton on the reinstall shows up as a "trial version."
They got the software on the computer to show activated but it still shows as a trial version on the "My Devices" page.
The Second tech got exasperated and the reply was that the engineers are aware of it and please "check back in 48 hours."
Update: My tablet now displays the same sync error as my phone...
