It would be nice if a person could actually talk to a Norton rep instead of trying to dig endlessly through the "help" screens...
I was thinking today that with my passwords stored on Norton Identitysafe, rather than being written down, if my computer crashed I might be in a bad way. But then it occurred to me that maybe Norton stores this info "in the cloud". Does anybody know if passwords can be recovered if one's computer crashes (other than the main login password)?
SendofJive, thank you so much for your clear answer and instructions!!!
You're welcome. And good for you for thinking about this before disaster strikes, rather than after it's too late (we see far too many of those situations reported here).
