Hi ! On my PC I was using : Norton Identy Safe Toolbar to keep all my login and my passwords safe and in one place. Also because I didn't want to remember everything....
I got imac few days ago - today I have downloaded NIS for Mac.. but after installation there is not anythig like NIS Toolbar in my browser..also when I try to log in no software is poping up to ask about saving passwords / login.
Is there solution for that... I want to know before my trial version is finished.
Sorry, I realized I didn't answer your specific question. Unfortunately, Identity Safe is a PC-only feature, and isn't currently available for Macs. No idea if/when that feature might be available on the Mac.
In the meantime, there are 3rd-party solutions (such as 1Password) that maintain saved login details across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
NIS 2012 does come with a number of features that just aren't available in NIS 5 for Mac. I imagine there are two separate development teams, and the PC group probably has more people working on their products.
If the Identity Safe feature is important to you, I suggest letting Mike Romo, Symantec's Mac Product Manager, know.
