Wouldn't it be nice if Norton managed to get IDSafe working the same across the three most popular browsers (Chrome, IE and Firefox)?
If I launch Outlook.com with my vault enabled on my Windows 7 desktop pc, I get:
(a) No autofill of either my email address or password on Chrome;
(b) Autofill of my email address but not of my password on IE11
(c) Autofill of both on Firefox.
In addition, my Norton toolbar on Chrome has suddenly sprouted an extra item (namely "Shopping Guarantee). However, this doesn't appear on my Norton toolbar on either IE11 or Firefox.
Come on Norton, if other password managers like Lastpass and Dashlane can manage it properly on various browsers, why can't you? Why on earth is it taking so long to get it right (I recall we were promised that August 2016 would be your target for redesigning IDSafe)? We could be forgiven for thinking that your technicians might not be up to the job. So maybe another option would be for you to scrap IDSafe and licence Lastpass or Dashlane instead?
