Norton IDSafe on iOS not working with Financial Institutions

I have been using Norton Identity Safe on my Windows 7 PC for several weeks (Norton Toolbar on Firefox). I have about a dozen logins, all working, including two financial institutions. However, the logins for the two financial institutions (Morgan Stanley and Bank of America) do not work with Norton IDSafe on my iOS devices (iPad and iPhone). Logging in manually to those financial institutions from the Safari browser works fine. In the case of Morgan Stanley, Norton IDSafe seems to attempt to fill out the login form and submit, but MS rejects the credentials. In the case of B of America, the Norton app only fills out the username, and when I manually type in the password and submit, the bank also rejects my credentials. Again, the same logins from the same vault work fine from the Norton Toolbar in Safari on my PC. Speaking by phone with Norton customer help bore no fruit. They have no record of this specific problem and could only suggest deleting the logins from the vault and trying to regenerate them from my mobile device, which I am reluctant to do since they work on my PC. As I wait for any reply to this thread, I will also be calling the security help desk at Morgan and BofA to see what they have to say.
