Norton in safe mode detected TDSS Killer as a Heuristic Virus. What should I do? Is this a false detection?

Hi. I was scanning my computer for viruses, and in the end, when I scanned in safe mode with Norton, it detected TDSS Killer as a Heuristic Virus. TDSS Killer is a rootkit tool made by Kaspersky I use to scan for rootkits and bootkits, but now its been detected as a threat in Safe Mode...?! What should I do? Should I worry? Has anyone else had this happen to them? Its possibly one of the best rootkit scanners out there, and now its been detected as a virus! Is this a false detection? Has anyone else used TDSS Killer as a rootkit scanner? If not, does using a rescue disk like Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 good for scanning rootkits and bootkits? I need some advice please and thank you. When I scan TDSS Killer in normal mode, weirdly enough, the norton insight says thousands of users in the Norton Community have used it and that it has been out since 19 days and it even has a good rating, but in safe mode it says that it is unknown how many people use it and it is unknown how long its been out for. That's confusing and frustrating.
