Norton Insecurity

When I first registered with Norton I thought everything is going to be great. Good layot, good service, no viruses…however as time went on it appeared that I was wrong. First of all, Norton takes out money from my credit card automatically without my consent. I find this to be a violation of my rights. Then it asks me if I want to download upgrades. And so I did - and when I did it appeared that my key is not working and that I need to buy a new account in order for it to work. I was never notified of this before hand - that I have to pay for this update and now my Norton antivirus is not working. The funny thing is - I already have 5 accounts with Norton and for one reason or another - mostly because of the updates - all of them seem to fail and now I am switching to another antivirus system. Thanks for the wasted time, money, and effort, Norton.
