Norton insight blocking downloads and deleting installer for small application...

I'm a developer for a product that has a fairly small userbase (6000 customers).

with our last couple versions that we've released our customers running Norton have had norton delete the insaller file as soon as it was placed on thier PC.  There wasn't any prompt "This file may be unsafe" or anyway to tell that it was norton deleting the file.  In one case, the user had just purchased a new laptop that came preinstalled (but not activated) with a 3 month trial of norton.  The user hadn't even activated norton (because they use a different product) but we found that it was still deleting the file anytime he tried to put it on the machine.

I've gone through the whitelist process but with a 3 week turnaround time, that is simply rediculous to expect that our users either cannot use norton or cannot use our product for 3 weeks anytime we put out a new version.  Right now is particularly painful because we are going through a beta process and this has pretty much excluded any Norton users from our beta.

Is there anyway we can "sign" our installer for acceptance by symantec so that it doesn't get flagged (and automatically deleted without ANY user notification) everytime we put out a new version?  Basically an automatic whitelist acceptance?
