Greetings to all,
I have an issue with my NIS 2011, (18.6.29 Windows XP SP3), for the last four days.
When I click to the link "apllication ratings", I have the message: :Connection warning... Norton Insight cannot connect to Symantec server..... please check your connection to the Internet".
However, I have full connectivity to the Internet, liveupdate is working fine, (set to manual), and even the link network map on NIS 2011 indicates that my product is secure and online.
How it is possible that NIS 2011 indicates that my product is online and the application ratings window prompts me to check me internet connection?
Also, the link Details at NIS indicates that Norton Community watch is offline.
Strange isn't it?
My question is to find out if my product works correctly or not.
