Hello,
I am a coder for a big Role Playing community. I was tasked with coding a small program that helps them calculate a number of statistics for their characters. The program also generates a post for them to post in the forum they write on.
It is written in VBscript.
It has come to my attention that some people who have Norton as their virusscanner cannot get my program to work. Norton will delete it and in some cases (at least 1 reported) restart the computer.
I have done some research and stumbled upon Norton.Insight. It seems that my program is not trusted, solely based on reputation. I find this most annoying and would like som help to fix this problem.
I have absolutely no objections against any inquiry or investigation into my software. I have not written it as a virus, trojan or what else there might be out there. I never had to the intention to do so.
I have had these scanners scan it:

Even Norton Anti Virus is included in those scans. Why, if Norton says it has no virusses, does Norton delete it?
Mind you, I am just an enthusiastic hobbyist with this.
Kind regards,
BARPG Coder
