Using NAV 2010, I got ready to use the right-click context menu to do an on-demand Insight scan on a file tonight, and in the context menu the two choices for Insight was no longer there--in neither location. I don't know how long it's been gone, since I haven't done an Insight in a few days. Is there any reason, Insight would disappear from the context menu, and how do you get it back?? On the NAV control panel, it says INsight is "ON", and in the settings Insight is on. Thanks for info.
