Norton Insight Not connecting to the internet

Hi I am running Norton 360  21.6.0.32 and I am still getting the message that Norton Insight is unable to connect to the internet - looking at some previous posts from Nov 2013 this problem seemed very similar to mine but was resolved presumably by a Symantec update. Not for me though - any ideas what could be wrong - I have had this problem for a while but it could go back to last November ??

I've rebooted PC, installed all updates .....
