Norton Insight Scan Freezes

NIS Version 22.6.0.142..Windows 7

When scanning "start up items" using Insight, program will freeze, as well as freeze computer.  Only message I get is "start up items" encountered unknown error.  To cancel Insight as well as being able to use computer, I must go into Task Manager.

I only put "no solution needed" due to rarely using Insight, including such topics recommending a fresh install.  Will say problem has also occurred with earlier versions as well.  All other scans under Norton Insight work fine.
