Hi Forum Members,
I have a few questions about the "Norton Insight Submission" process:
- What triggers an idle time "Norton Insight Submission"? In addition to the system being idle, what else has to occur?
- The submission shows up as having run in the list of CPU Usage Background Tasks, but it does not show up in the regular Security History logs. Is that correct behavior? Other idle events like Idle Quick Scan and Idle Full System Scan show up in both CPU Usage and regular Security History.
- Is there any way to disable the submissions? My Performance Profile is set to Full Scan (no Trust), so I really don't utilize the Insight feature.
