Hello i have a issue with Norton Insight everytime i try to refresh it it says "scan needed 100%" "trusted 0 "(is this normal).
when i hit refresh it says collecting files building server query but when its done collecting the files it just goes back to "scan needed 100 %"and try about everything but still cant fix the issue HELP!! HELP!!! please ..anybody ??thanks i would appreciate it.
