Norton Insight window zero activity

If you launch Norton Insight by going to the main NS window then click 'Scans', choose 'Norton Insight' and then press 'Go' button then Norton Insight window will show up but it won't do anything as shown in the screenshot belownorton_insight.jpg

The window will remain as-is indefinitely. I am sure it's a bug. BTW I am using the latest version of NS: 22.9.4.8. Can you guys look at this issue?
