I was wondering if someone could kindly help me here.
I turned on my laptop earlier and I had no internet access. After resolving the matter, it turned out that my router/modem was experiencing connectivity issues.
My access to the internet returned but only via Internet Explorer. I can not open Google. My Norton Antivurus has been switched off and I don't know how to get it working again.
I tried the 'One Click Support' session but nothing is happening when I click on the 'support' icon. My computer is 'at risk' and there appears to be no way to contact Norton directly.
I would be very grateful if someone could advise me. Thank You.
