Norton Internet Security 16.5.0.134: Fatal Internal Error

Hi, Everyone,

Upon Start-Up from Safe Mode, once all the other applications had Loaded-Up, I noticed that the Norton Internet Security (N.I.S.) Icon was not in the System Tray.  I have N.I.S. Pinned to the Start-Up Menu, so I went and Clicked on it to Open the Norton Product.  The Icon appeared, and the I noticed that the Security Status had a red background with a white X, which I knew meant "At Risk".  When the Norton Product did Open, I noticed that the Smart Firewall was Off.  I then Clicked on the Fix Now button under the Security Status, but it would not Turn it On.  I then tried to Turn it On via the U.I., but, as expected, did not Turn On, so I tried the Fix Now button again with the same Result.  I then thought that Re-Starting would help, so I Re-Started the computer and, upon Start-Up, the Icon poped up with a green background and a white tick.  I then looked in the Security History and noticed that a there were Errors in there that had been Logged, and one of then said that the "Smart Firewall failed to load".  If someone from symantec would like to see what caused these Errors, please let me know either via this Thread or P.M. me.

Thanks!
