Both these Issues only started happening since the Install of 16.7.2.10 a few days' ago.
01. You know when you hover over a Web Link, the wee hand comes up with the Finger that is meant to indicate that you are on a Web Link: Well, my Mouse is not doing that any more; it just goes to the Arrow, and, when you move it on the Web Link, it flickers between the Arrow and the Hand, and when you stop, it just displays the Arrow. This also happens with the wee Line you're meant to get if you want to put the Curser somewhere else; it just flickers between the Arrow and the wee Black-Line-type-thing (don't know the Technical Name for it!).
02. Web Pages seem to take a good few more seconds to Load-Up, and computer seems to be Running a wee bit slower than usual. Using I.E. 08; all Patches Installed.
Am on WIndows X.P. Home; Service Pack 03. No other Security Software is Installed; only Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware free edition and SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition.
