Norton Internet Security 2002 - No Updates since 10/13/10

I have recently installed Symantec Norton Internet Security 2002 and have downloaded all the updates to improve the "Virus Definitions"It confirms my Virus Definition as "Attention", Though I have updated it with the most recent "LiveUpdates", it falls short on 10/13/10.So, I scanned my PC today and only one file was classified as an Infected file. The file name is "B.exe", Though in the properties, it's name is "Downloader". Anyways the file "Could" not be repaired, so as a result it was Quarantined. From that point I could not send it to "SARC" because my protection was stated as being two weeks old and that it needed a update. As I explained above I cannot update my Virus Definitions any further. The "B.exe" is still in my Norton Anti-virus Quarantined as we speak. This B.exe file is located in my local file and is only 22.5KB. The Characteristics of this file are Memory Resident, Size Stealth, Full Stealth, Triggered Event, Encrypting and Polymorphic. Can anyone enlighten me on what this file is and how I can get rid of it.I'm not computer savvy, so please try to understand that I'm just cautious of this, as it came up an infected file that could not be repaired, but is quarantined. I earlier opened a compressed file that contained two files within. I scanned the file before i further have broken it down and even afterwards, where as the file was extracted and still my Norton did not detect any viruses.I'm just hoping someone helps me. Thanks
