James,
I have no problem setting up a webex conference with you.
As to the other tests - There is no MSOUPLUG.DLL in the lower pane and "Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin" is not displayed.

When is a good time to setup the WebEx support session? I can schedule it for Thur or Fri of this week (8/21 or 8/22) or anytime next week except for Monday and Wednesday.
While I get that going, I just want to confirm with you on your install history so I can try to reproduce it:
1) Install NIS 15.0
2) Install AddOnPack
3) Update to NIS 15.5
a) Did you uninstall NIS 15.0 first or just run the setup for 15.5?
4) Did you re-install the AddOnPack?
Thanks
James
Sandy,
I tried the following procedure to try to reproduce your issue:
1) Install NIS 15.0 (no LiveUpdate)
2) Install AddOnPack (no LiveUpdate)
3) Install NIS 15.5
4) Re-install AddOnPack (15.5 installer removed AddOnPack)
Unfortunately, this did not reproduce the issue.
Have you tried uninstalling the add-on pack, using "Add or Remove Programs" from the Windows control panel? It's listed as "Norton AddOn Pack". And then installing it again? You can download it from here. http://www.symantec.com/norton/add-on-pack
James
James,
I am available tomorrow morning (8/21). Let me know what time is good for you.
Install history:
1) Install NIS 15.0
2) Install add on pack
3) Uninstall 15.0 (I think)
4) Install 15.5
5) Re-install add on pack
Thanks.
Sandy
James,
I uninstalled and reinstalled the add on pack without any progress. In Outlook/Tools/Options/Other/Advanced/CommAddIns, Norton Anti Spam is listed and unchecked. It allows me to check the box but doesn't save it as checked when I click ok.
Sandy
James,
I went back into utlook/Tools/Options/Other/Advanced/CommAddIns and deleted the Norton AntiSpam choice. I then went to add the choice. This prompted a dialog box from NIS which resulted in the correct setup of NIS AntiSpam with Outlook. Now I have my NIS AntiSpam toolbar in Outlook and everything is working fine. Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Sandy
I apologize for missing your post to schedule the WebEx conference but it's great to hear you resolved your issue. Based on your resolution, there seems to have been a problem when upgrading between 15.0 and 15.5.

James
