Hi -- Hopefully you can help me out. I am able to install NIS 2009 on my laptop. I run Live Update initially and it requires me to restart my computer. After rebooting, my laptop starts up, flashes the blue screen (too fast for me to read), then reboots again and again and again. I have to eventually hit F8 to choose "Last Known Good Configuration". Then uninstall NIV 2009.
I have run the Norton Removal Tool and tried to reinstall but always have the same issue.
Let me know what information I need to send you.
