Hello all!
I just installed Norton Internet Security 2009 on my laptop yesterday. So far everything seems perfect except one thing: I'm still able to view foreign language characters (i.e. Japanese and Chinese) in Firefox - however, whenever I attempt to copy some of those characters and paste them to another tab in Firefox or to other applications, the characters all turn into question marks "???". This is extremely frustrating. I've never had this problem before installing Norton, and as soon as I terminate Norton in Task Manager, the problem disappears.
Has the same occured to anyone of you? Have you managed to solve the problem? I would appreciate any info from you!
