Norton Internet Security 2010 17.0.0.136 Subscription Issue

I was running a Full System scan and all of a sudden One Click Support pops up and tells me I need to open my Norton product and click on Subscription Status and reactivate my subscription. Meanwhile it crashed NIS and removed it from the systray and wouldn't allow me to open NIS. It also sent a MS error report.

 

After restarting I did what One Click Support said to do. Everything was activated fine (93 days left on the subscription). My activation was verified.

 

So whats going on any ideas?

 

Currently I've restarted the Full System scan. This was on XP Pro 32-bit.
