I upgraded to NIS2010 this past weekend and the antispam feature does not filter my email correctly. I integrated all of the addresses from my Outlook Express 6.0 contact list to the Allowed List, and would like everything else to go to the Blocked List as spam. However, about 98 or 99% of the emails are going to my Inbox. Before I upgraded, I did not have this problem with NIS2009...all of my email filtered like it was supposed to.
I spent about 45 minutes chatting on line with a Norton Tech Support person last night, but he/she told me I have to manually add each and every unwanted/unsolicited email when they are sent to my Inbox. This is proving to be frustrating!!! I cannot believe that Norton would release a new version and the antispam feature does not work.
Anyone else have this problem? More importantly, does anyone have a solution?
