Hey guys, it was working this morning and now it just stopped updating. I know that Norton has an automatic update, but I always click the Run Live Update all the time.just in case it missed the update.
Now this what I got after I clicked the Run Live Update:
The Norton that I have is version 17.5.0.127
I tried and tried, but no luck. I also tried to restart my PC and nothing happened.
Greetings and Welcome to the Norton Community, In the NIS 2010 LiveUpdate screen click on More Info to start the One Click Support tool. Enter in the requested information anc click continue to allow the Auto Fix program to run, be sure to close the LiveUpdate window. Follow any suggestions given; if none appear and the tool says everything is fine, then close the One Click Support window and try running LiveUpdate again. This resolved the this same issue when it occurred to me just a minute ago. Let us know what happens.

The Auto Fix did not do anything. It said that my system was fine, apparently it is not.
I only have Norton IS 2010 installed. When I installed this last month, I cleaned the registry before I installed Norton to avoid this kind of problem.
I have Win7 Ultimate x64.
EDIT:
I clicked the RUn Live Update again this morning and it seems like it is working again.
Thank you for the quick replies guys.
Does anyone know why I got that error. Usually, if there is no available update, it says like this:
Sometimes the problem is as simple as the update servers were having a problem and therefore you couldn't connect to them. If the problem exists for several hours, that may be a cause of worry then. Just as you sometimes have a problem connecting to your ISP, the same could happen with the update servers.
