Norton Internet Security 2010 Parental Controls vs. OnlineFamily.Norton

I have NIS 2010 installed and recently installed the Parental Controls addon. This is clearly not the same as onlinefamily.norton (despite what I have read in various places on the web).

 

Is it possible for me to install the onlinefamily.norton software on the same PC as NIS 2010 parental controls or should I uninstall first?

Thanks for your speedy response.

 

Actually, becuase I had installed the Addon pack clicking Paretal Controls in NIS 2010 took me to an options screen that included Parental Controls different from familyonline.norton.

 

I uninstalled the add-on pack from add/remove programs and then (after a requested reboot) clicking on Parental Controls in NIS 2010 did indeed take me to the onlinefamily.norton signup page!

It installs Parental Controls which are completely different from onlinefamily.norton....very confusing!

 

To answer your other question - by PC is Xp SP3 English (UK).
