Hey there, I had NIS 2010 installed, it was a multi year subscription. Yesterday it flagged up that my subscription allowed me to have a free upgrade to the 2011 version which I did. After restarting my laptop etc it stated that my subscription key had expired and is invalid and have replaced my full subscription with about 500 days left with a 14 day trial version...does this mean i have lost the best part of 500 days of subscription and if so how do i rectify this situation? Any help and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
