Switched on pc to find norton anti virus etc turned off and stated my subscription had expired even though I had 216 or so days left, ran a product update and its stated there was an error and it was sending a report to symantec, and to uninstall all norton using norton eraser then reinstall norton internet security 2010, my subscription during all this magically updated to the correct days but still not protection and cannot remove norton products as its says i have winfax pro and to remove this first, however i cant see it in the list to remove nor will my pc let it happen it seems to be stuck in limbo saying please wait to program finishes removing before trying again, grrrrrr, no reply to emails and no one ever answers technician chat, please help me!!!!!!!!
