Norton should be giving this away to all the users who have been unable to use the updated 16.7.2.11 if this is compatible with Windows 7, and they should give us credit for this through the end of our current subscription period without charging for the product. If we want to renew our subscription at that time, fine, but given the problems that exist with NIS 2009 and Windows 7, this is the least that they should do to help us along.
