After having had an awful experience with Norton 360, I am giving NIS 2010 a trial run. After having downloaded it, it says that I am at risk, I try to resolve these issues by selecting the one click support but it gives me a security alert: Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed? I've tried clicking yes and no. Doesn't change anything. I've tried renewing my IP address settings and it doesn't fix anything. If someone can't resolve this I am giving up on symantec for good. Please help!
