I have two computers, and have been running Norton 2010 on one of them, and have a subscription which expires in October 2011. I have been using a different version of Norton on the other pc, and the subscription expired. So I deleted that version of Norton, and downloaded Norton 2010. I hit the "install2 button, everything seems to be installed, and then, just when the screen says it is about to start, I get a message saying my subscription has expired, express renew etc etc. How can I get Norton 2010 to run properly?
