I purchased NIS 2010 a few months ago, and installed it on my COMPAC PC. A few days ago, I had a glitch in Windows XP that prevented my computer from starting up. After using every mode possible to re-start it, (and no Recovery Disks) I was forced to use PC Recovery, which eventually returned my computer to it's "Day One" starting point.
I lost my NIS 2010 subscription, amongst other items (music, photos, etc.) My question is: can I get my subscription back, or do I have to purchase another Norton software package? I have the 60-Day NIS that came with the computer, and I've updated every aspect of it, so I'm protected for now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
