hello all
i purchased an hp pc that had NIS2010 pre-installed with ....all is fine with this, it has been activated and running fine.
This NIS2010 is supposed to be for up to 3 PC protection.
My login thru mynortonaccount shows i still have 2 activations left from this purchase but there is no DOWNLOAD option, only a Product Key option.....this confuses me as the account login website shows 2 remaining activations.
Can someone provide insight??
