I have bought an internet securiry 2011 upgrade product for my work, 1 year usage 3 pcs. I have installed it to the 3 PCs. The problem is that my colleagues PC has malfunctioned and we brought it to the service center. They have changed the Motherboard, cpu and memory. So we opened the PC and the nis 2011 said we need to activate the product...Maybe because we have changed the motherboard? We entered again the activation key and we received the error message that we have exceeded the maximum allowed number of intallations (3pcs). But the problem is that it is not like we dont have product left (more than 6 months time left) but it recognises as a extra pc. >? what do we do? thanks
