I just installed Norton Internet security 2011 and my computer is "at risk" because my "Virus Protection" is out of date. I have it set for automatic live updates. When I try to run live updates I get an error message (8921,245) and a message that NIS 2011 can't run live updates because "Another Norton Live Update session is already running." I've tried the "One Click Support" and scanning NIS 2011 and no problems were found.
Is it possible that the previous NIS 2010 didn't completely uninstall? Could that be why I'm getting the message that a live update from another antivirus program is running?
