My Norton Internet Security 2011 which I installed on my brand new PC (with Windows 7) in January this year, is failing to update and process some updates. This has been happening for the last 12 days. It gives an error message of 8920, 1240. My PC is now at risk - I thought Norton was "the" product and reasonably fool proof? What do I do? Thanks.
